Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. About Wahya
Wahya is a marketing and content operations platform that helps agencies, creators, and businesses manage leads, clients, proposals, and content — including planning, scheduling, and publishing content to supported third-party social media platforms. By creating an account or using Wahya, you agree to these Terms.
2. Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for all content you upload, create, schedule, approve, or publish through Wahya. You represent that you own, or hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to, any media and content you upload — including music, footage, images, and text — and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law.
Wahya only posts content that you (or your authorized team members) create, upload, schedule, or approve. Wahya does not generate or publish content on your behalf without your direction.
3. Connected platforms
Wahya lets you connect accounts on supported third-party platforms (such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram) using each platform's official OAuth login. By connecting an account, you authorize Wahya to access and publish to that account on your behalf, within the permissions you grant. You never enter third-party passwords inside Wahya, and you can disconnect an account at any time.
When you publish to a third-party platform through Wahya, you must also comply with that platform's own terms, policies, and community guidelines — including the TikTok Terms of Service, Meta Platform Terms, and equivalents for any other connected service. Wahya is not responsible for actions those platforms take regarding your accounts or content.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Wahya for spam, abuse, harassment, deceptive practices, or the creation or distribution of illegal content. Wahya may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create risk for Wahya, other users, or connected platforms.
5. Service availability
We work to keep Wahya reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features that depend on third-party platforms may change or become unavailable when those platforms change their APIs or policies.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wahya and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Wahya after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
